Valencia's main train station is called Estacio Joaquín Sorolla. It sits at the heart of Valencia city's old town and is the central hub for trains coming in and out of the city. There are a total of eight platforms at Estacio Nord - all on the main floor of the station building. The station is made up of two main sections - the lobby area where you will first enter and where you can buy tickets and the main station building where the platforms, shops, restaurants and other facilities can be found.
On arriving at Estacio Nord you may feel slightly confused by the ticket options at the station. It is important to remember that you will need to buy your tickets from different points in the station depending on where you are travelling to and how long your journey is.
Throughout Estacio Nord train station you will find places to grab a bite to eat at the beginning or end of your journey. On platform 6 of the station there is a Pans and Company (fast food sandwich shop).
On platform 6 you will also find the station's largest place to eat - the Cafeteria/ Cerveceria. Here you can either buy sandwiches and cold food from the bar or you can go to the self service part of the restaurant where canteen style food is served.
If you are looking for a snack to buy on the hop, you will also find a small Pans and Company sandwich stall in the main station building and a bakery called 'Suprem' in the shopping area of the station.
Estacio Nord is a large station and it is dotted with a wide variety of shops an official Valencia FC merchandise store, mobile phone shops (Vodafone and Movistar), a pharmacy, souvenir shops, newsagents and perfume shops. You will find most of the station's shops in an area called 'Las Tiendas de Estacion' (the shops of the station). This area is to the left of the main station building as you exit the platforms.

Excellent service. I use the no more than 4 drop off to Benidorm and always great service. You may have to wait a bit of your plane comes in first, or early, but this is not a problem. At approx €15 as opposed to €80 in a taxi
We use beniconect all the time the express that is a little more expensive but you know there is ever only 4 drop offs or pickups taking you straight to or from the airport help you with your bags pleasant drivers most speak a little English so that helps would recommend them to anyone
With two teenage children, a silly o’clock in the morning flight and a bundle of luggage, we didn’t fancy buses, trains and more buses to get to our holiday flat in Denia from Alicante airport so I prebooked a taxi from Beniconnect. It wasn’t cheap, 125€, but we got a spacious air conditioned vehicle with a very courteous and friendly driver Enrique who took us quickly and safely to our destination.
Booked an accessible vehicle to take us to and from our hotel, as my wife uses an electric wheelchair. The drivers we had were both really nice and helpful. Made sure the lady was safe and comfortable. They also put English music on the radio via a USB stick. Would definitely recommend.
Great airport transfer there & back, air conditioned bus with Wi-Fi, would definitely recommend. We travelled as a group of 10 - 8 adults & 2 children, driver was waiting at airport, was very polite and helpful - all ok
