Private transfer Torre Pacheco - Valencia Train Station
Valencia Train Station transfer connects to the main tourist town of Torre Pacheco.
Torre Pacheco is situated inland 37 km from the regional capital of Murcia in an area known as Campo de Cartegena.
The town centre is relatively spread out, and has a good selection of shops and restaurants. There is a charming 9 hole par 3 pitch and putt course situated within the town of Torre Pacheco. It opened in 1989 and is very mature. It is full of character with a couple of water hazards and strategically placed bunkers.
The IFEPA has been an exhibition centre since the 1990s. It regularly hosts a large selection of exhibitions and events such as the Second Hand Car Fair, the Equimur Horse Show and the International and National Dog Show.
During the 19th century there was a boom in windmill construction in the area and, indeed, in the whole Campo de Cartagena. In the town of Torre Pacheco 14 such windmills still stand, 10 having only the the shell of the building and the other 4 in perfect condition after recent restoration work.

With two teenage children, a silly o’clock in the morning flight and a bundle of luggage, we didn’t fancy buses, trains and more buses to get to our holiday flat in Denia from Alicante airport so I prebooked a taxi from Beniconnect. It wasn’t cheap, 125€, but we got a spacious air conditioned vehicle with a very courteous and friendly driver Enrique who took us quickly and safely to our destination.
