Great airport transfer there & back, air conditioned bus with Wi-Fi, would definitely recommend. We travelled as a group of 10 - 8 adults & 2 children, driver was waiting at airport, was very polite and helpful - all ok

Booked online via there website by card 5 days before we were due to leave whilst staying at our resort in Villajoyosa for our transport to Alicante airport - our pick up point was at `Hotel Allon` some 500 yards away from our apartment (which was great) - the express shuttle bus was on time + had music and aircon = for 16 euros per person (one way trip) = good value. Tip;- when booking - give them as much info as possible - like baggage length/weight, your actual flight times & flight number + time you would prefer to be at the airport to avoid any mishaps/communication issues = easy trouble free service to use.

Just used Beniconnect for the first time for an airport transfer from Alicante to Benidorm & RTN. Excellent service from the receptionist at the airport desk giving us details on where to find the minibus and for the RTN journey the driver arrived bank on time for our journey back to the airport. I wont hesitate to use them again next time!!!
Our flight landed over 2hrs late but this wasn't a problem for the beniconnect staff, they put us on the next available bus. Had to wait about 1/2 hr for the passengers for that bus to clear customs and then we where off to Calpe. Excellent service used many times and will use again
