Shuttle was waiting at the airport on arrival, had to wait around 10 minutes for other passengers but then we were on our way, we were first drop off, no complaints. Shuttle was on time for return journey too. Drivers polite and buses immaculately clean. Overall, very good service and would definitely recommend.

I have now used this Company on two separate occasions for journeys between Alicante Airport and Javea. On each occasion the service and in particular communications were excellent. Maybe I was lucky but I would certainly not hesitate to use them again.

Just used Beniconnect for the first time for an airport transfer from Alicante to Benidorm & RTN. Excellent service from the receptionist at the airport desk giving us details on where to find the minibus and for the RTN journey the driver arrived bank on time for our journey back to the airport. I wont hesitate to use them again next time!!!

Used Beniconnect for our transfer from airport to hotel, paid the extra for private transfer. Instructions very clear, found desk in airport no problem where they had driver waiting for us. They were also able to tell us there and then our pickup time as well as receiving an email to confirm. Took less than hour to get to hotel. Pickup on time and transfer to airport approximately 45minutes. Worth the extra. Would use again
Booked ‘speedy shuttle’ for our return journey home by website and everything ran smoothly. The web site is simple and easy to navigate and includes every Benidorm hotel advising of pick up point in advance. The transfer cost 30€ for both of us and it was money well spent. Received an email the day before telling us where the pick up point was and what time. It said arrive 10mins before and as we arrived so did the mini bus, the driver was friendly and helpful and the bus spotless. We only stopped once and then had a hassle free journey to the airport. Can not recommend enough - I’ll always use 100% in the future. Thank you
