I booked on line after reading several recommendations on TripAdvisor. I booked a mini bus transfer for 10 people.The booking was process was quick and easy. I got confirmation immediately with a reminder just before we travelled. The check in desk is right in front of you when come come into arrivals. I confirmed my name and destination, our driver was there. I agreed our pick up time for the return journey. Then our driver took us down 2 escalators and the vehicle was there. Within a couple of minutes we were on our way. The vehicle looked brand new and we had plenty of space. The air conditioning worked perfectly. It took 45 minutes from Alicante to Benidorm and we were dropped right outside our apartments. I received an email to confirm our pick up arrangements and the mini bus arrived bang on time and the return journey was just as smooth. The whole experience couldn't have been better and we paid £18 return per person which we were very pleased with.

We use beniconect all the time the express that is a little more expensive but you know there is ever only 4 drop offs or pickups taking you straight to or from the airport help you with your bags pleasant drivers most speak a little English so that helps would recommend them to anyone

First time booking for a transfer from Moraira (La Sienta) to Alicante airport. Completed online. All information and directions for the pick-up were very clear. The booking was confirmed immediately by email and the exact pick-up time was confirmed 24 hours before by accessing the website. In this instance, I needed to set off earlier than the time suggested as I did not have anywhere to leave my luggage and arriving at the airport early was preferable to waiting outside in the heat in Moraira. Contacted by phone. No waiting in a phone queue and very helpful staff member. I was offered an earlier time and it was easily amended. Arrived promptly and ran to schedule. Very comfortable journey in air-conditioned minibus.

I have used this service twice already and will definitely use again in the future. Will not hesitate to recommend. Drivers are very helpful and friendly, helped me with my luggage. I had to wait a bit on my arrival at the airport for other passengers from their flights but overall the travel (from arriving to the bus stop at the airport to the destination in Calpe) took just about 15 minutes longer than by taxi at a fraction of taxi price. On the way from Calpe to the airport it was about the same time as taxi. Oh, and wi-fi is available on board.
Booked ‘speedy shuttle’ for our return journey home by website and everything ran smoothly. The web site is simple and easy to navigate and includes every Benidorm hotel advising of pick up point in advance. The transfer cost 30€ for both of us and it was money well spent. Received an email the day before telling us where the pick up point was and what time. It said arrive 10mins before and as we arrived so did the mini bus, the driver was friendly and helpful and the bus spotless. We only stopped once and then had a hassle free journey to the airport. Can not recommend enough - I’ll always use 100% in the future. Thank you
