Private transfer Murcia City - Murcia Train Station
Murcia Train Station transfer connects to the main tourist town of Murcia City.
Murcia is a city located on the Costa Calida in Southern Spain. Murcia is also the capital of the province of Murcia which is also the smallest in Spain. The city of Murcia itself is home to over four hundred thousand people making it the seventh largest city in Spain.
Murcia is also a university town in which over thirty thousand students further their education annually.
A must see when in Murcia is The Cathedral of Murcia which was built between 1394 and 1465 in the Castilian Gothic style. Its tower was completed in 1792 and shows a blend of architectural styles. The first two stories were built in the Renaissance style (1521–1546), while the third is Baroque. The bell pavilion exhibits both Rococo and Neoclassical influences. The main façade (1736–1754) is considered a masterpiece of the Spanish Baroque style. It is the only cathedral in use in the Roman Catholic Diocese of Cartagena in Spain
The Holy Week procession hosted by the city is among the most famous throughout Spain. This traditional festival portrays the events which lead up to and include the Crucifixion according to the New Testament. Life-sized, finely detailed sculptures by Francisco Salzillo (1707–1783) are removed from their museums and carried around the city in elegant processions amid flowers and, at night, candles, pausing at stations which are meant to re-enact the final moments before the crucifixion of Jesus.
Murcia is also a centre for theme park visits. Terra Natura and Aqua Natura are located to the north of the city centre.

I used this service after researching reviews on the internet and have to admit the service was first class. I flew into Alicante late at night and Beniconnect was there as promised. On the website there are numerous options you can choose from. I chose the cheapest for my family and I. The mode of transport was a small 15 seater bus with air con and WiFi. Beniconnect were a lot cheaper than paying for transfers via the flight company or the holiday company I booked with. I booked online and when the confirmation email came, attached was a booking reference number with clear instructions on how to find their desk. On arrival, an helpful lady was waiting at the desk and allocated us our bus. We waited for about 10 minuets, the driver loaded the bags in the back and then we were on our way, taken straight to our hotel, which luckily for us was one of the scheduled drop off points. The return to the airport couldn’t have been simpler. Again, I was on a late flight. I received an email 24 hours before giving me instructions on when the bus was arriving and that I should be at the pick up point 10 minutes before the scheduled time. Beniconnect even sent an email to the hotel who pinned it up on their departure board. On the return, I literally fell out of the hotel and on to the bus. Again, air con and WiFi to keeps the kids occupied. One hour later we arrived at the airport right in front of the departure lounge. If you’re going to Benidorm, I can’t stress enough how professional these guys are in getting to the town.
