The town is steeped in history and has some beautiful buildings including the Church of the Assumption from the eighteenth century; the Church of St. Joaquin, built in the seventeenth century; the Convent Church of the Clarissas, dating back to the eighteenth; the Hermitage of the St. Cristo del Consuelo (Holy Christ of Solace), with its Neogothic-Mudejar style, and last, but not least, the Hermitage of the Buen Suceso. Its artistic heritage is completed by the Balcon del Muro, a historical centre which consists of the ancient fifteenth century fort and the nineteenth century wall. Cieza offers the chance to not only appreciate its culture but also to enjoy the risks of nature. Near to the town you can found one of the most remarkable natural beauty spots, the Almadenes Canyon, formed by the River Segura as it narrows creating a gorge with walls hundreds of metres high, which is ideal for practising adventure sports.

I used this service after researching reviews on the internet and have to admit the service was first class. I flew into Alicante late at night and Beniconnect was there as promised. On the website there are numerous options you can choose from. I chose the cheapest for my family and I. The mode of transport was a small 15 seater bus with air con and WiFi. Beniconnect were a lot cheaper than paying for transfers via the flight company or the holiday company I booked with. I booked online and when the confirmation email came, attached was a booking reference number with clear instructions on how to find their desk. On arrival, an helpful lady was waiting at the desk and allocated us our bus. We waited for about 10 minuets, the driver loaded the bags in the back and then we were on our way, taken straight to our hotel, which luckily for us was one of the scheduled drop off points. The return to the airport couldn’t have been simpler. Again, I was on a late flight. I received an email 24 hours before giving me instructions on when the bus was arriving and that I should be at the pick up point 10 minutes before the scheduled time. Beniconnect even sent an email to the hotel who pinned it up on their departure board. On the return, I literally fell out of the hotel and on to the bus. Again, air con and WiFi to keeps the kids occupied. One hour later we arrived at the airport right in front of the departure lounge. If you’re going to Benidorm, I can’t stress enough how professional these guys are in getting to the town.

Our flight landed over 2hrs late but this wasn't a problem for the beniconnect staff, they put us on the next available bus. Had to wait about 1/2 hr for the passengers for that bus to clear customs and then we where off to Calpe. Excellent service used many times and will use again

Pickup is always on time and buses are always clean and comfortable. Drivers are always very patient and courteous. Would highly recommend Benniconnect for transfers to and from Alicante Airport.

Booked an accessible vehicle to take us to and from our hotel, as my wife uses an electric wheelchair. The drivers we had were both really nice and helpful. Made sure the lady was safe and comfortable. They also put English music on the radio via a USB stick. Would definitely recommend.
Shuttle was waiting at the airport on arrival, had to wait around 10 minutes for other passengers but then we were on our way, we were first drop off, no complaints. Shuttle was on time for return journey too. Drivers polite and buses immaculately clean. Overall, very good service and would definitely recommend.
