I have used this service twice already and will definitely use again in the future. Will not hesitate to recommend. Drivers are very helpful and friendly, helped me with my luggage. I had to wait a bit on my arrival at the airport for other passengers from their flights but overall the travel (from arriving to the bus stop at the airport to the destination in Calpe) took just about 15 minutes longer than by taxi at a fraction of taxi price. On the way from Calpe to the airport it was about the same time as taxi. Oh, and wi-fi is available on board.

With two teenage children, a silly o’clock in the morning flight and a bundle of luggage, we didn’t fancy buses, trains and more buses to get to our holiday flat in Denia from Alicante airport so I prebooked a taxi from Beniconnect. It wasn’t cheap, 125€, but we got a spacious air conditioned vehicle with a very courteous and friendly driver Enrique who took us quickly and safely to our destination.

Booked return private coach transfer from airport to Villa. New modern coach with AC, free WiFi and USB charging ports. Coach ready at airport, no waiting around and on return collected on time. Just used Beniconnect for the first time for an airport transfer from Alicante to Benidorm & RTN. Excellent service from the receptionist at the airport desk giving us details on where to find the minibus and for the RTN journey the driver arrived bank on time for our journey back to the airport. I wont hesitate to use them again next time!!!
Our flight landed over 2hrs late but this wasn't a problem for the beniconnect staff, they put us on the next available bus. Had to wait about 1/2 hr for the passengers for that bus to clear customs and then we where off to Calpe. Excellent service used many times and will use again
