Booked an accessible vehicle to take us to and from our hotel, as my wife uses an electric wheelchair. The drivers we had were both really nice and helpful. Made sure the lady was safe and comfortable. They also put English music on the radio via a USB stick. Would definitely recommend.

Our flight landed over 2hrs late but this wasn't a problem for the beniconnect staff, they put us on the next available bus. Had to wait about 1/2 hr for the passengers for that bus to clear customs and then we where off to Calpe. Excellent service used many times and will use again

With two teenage children, a silly o’clock in the morning flight and a bundle of luggage, we didn’t fancy buses, trains and more buses to get to our holiday flat in Denia from Alicante airport so I prebooked a taxi from Beniconnect. It wasn’t cheap, 125€, but we got a spacious air conditioned vehicle with a very courteous and friendly driver Enrique who took us quickly and safely to our destination.
First time booking for a transfer from Moraira (La Sienta) to Alicante airport. Completed online. All information and directions for the pick-up were very clear. In this instance, I needed to set off earlier than the time suggested as I did not have anywhere to leave my luggage and arriving at the airport early was preferable to waiting outside in the heat in Moraira. Very comfortable journey in air-conditioned minibus.
