Just used Beniconnect for the first time for an airport transfer from Alicante to Benidorm & RTN. Excellent service from the receptionist at the airport desk giving us details on where to find the minibus and for the RTN journey the driver arrived bank on time for our journey back to the airport. I wont hesitate to use them again next time!!!

First time booking for a transfer from Moraira (La Sienta) to Alicante airport. Completed online. All information and directions for the pick-up were very clear. The booking was confirmed immediately by email and the exact pick-up time was confirmed 24 hours before by accessing the website. In this instance, I needed to set off earlier than the time suggested as I did not have anywhere to leave my luggage and arriving at the airport early was preferable to waiting outside in the heat in Moraira. Contacted by phone. No waiting in a phone queue and very helpful staff member. I was offered an earlier time and it was easily amended. Arrived promptly and ran to schedule. Very comfortable journey in air-conditioned minibus.

Shuttle was waiting at the airport on arrival, had to wait around 10 minutes for other passengers but then we were on our way, we were first drop off, no complaints. Shuttle was on time for return journey too. Drivers polite and buses immaculately clean. Overall, very good service and would definitely recommend.
Child safety
Safety on the road and on our trips is the most important thing for us, so in addition to having a fleet of vehicles widely renewed, we use only approved child restraint systems for the little ones to travel safely.
Since 2005 the use of child restraint systems in private vehicles has been mandatory. Infants and children that are travelling in a vehicle that has a maximum passenger capacity of 8, MUST, by law, travel in an infant/baby seat.
This is the origin of the Kidy Bus Harness, a child restraint system that offers the maximum safety of easy placement and easy cleaning, with a quick release system that has been manufactured entirely in Europe under the strictest quality controls and audited by the Ministry of Automobile Industry.
For all our buses we offer the aforementioned Kidy Bus Harness, which recommends its use for children from 15 to 25 KG, and for our private vehicles with a maximum passenger capacity of 8, we offer the usual child retention system for groups 0,1,2 and 3.

Booked ‘speedy shuttle’ for our return journey home by website and everything ran smoothly. The web site is simple and easy to navigate and includes every Benidorm hotel advising of pick up point in advance. The transfer cost 30€ for both of us and it was money well spent. Received an email the day before telling us where the pick up point was and what time. It said arrive 10mins before and as we arrived so did the mini bus, the driver was friendly and helpful and the bus spotless. We only stopped once and then had a hassle free journey to the airport. Can not recommend enough - I’ll always use 100% in the future. Thank you
