• DO YOU PROVIDE CHILD SEATS?

    At Beniconnect we are pioneers offering a new child restraint system available on request in our vehicles. The “Kidy Bus harness” has been legally passed as a safe and approved system of security for children weighing between 15 -25 kilos ( group II ) ( ECE R 44/04 ) The harness holding the child consist of five straps. Two straps hold the child by the shoulders, two more straps hold the child´s pelvic area and the final strap retrains the groin area. The straps can be adjusted according on the size of the child. It can be used in any seat, with or without a seat belt. This system will be available on request  (subject to availability ). Don´t forget to select this when you make your booking.

      This is always subject to availability and has a 5.-€ administration fee.
    • WHICH CARDS DO YOU ACCEPT?

      We accept all type of credit/debit cards except AMERICAN EXPRESS
    • WHAT LUGGAGE AM I ENTITLED TO BRING?

      Your luggage allowance is 1 x suitcase per person for the hold of the vehicle and 1 x hand luggage, any extra luggage, please contact us for availability.
    • I HAVE MADE A BOOKING ON THE WEBSITE, HOW DO I KNOW WHAT TO DO ON ARRIVAL?

      You will automatically receive a confirmation e mail once you have made a booking, this will give full joining instructions for your arrival along with procedure for departure transfers. If for some reason you have not received the e mail (could be your system has mistaken our e mail for spam and it has been deleted) then please contact our Customer Service department. (contact us)
    • WHAT IF I ARRIVE AND I CAN NOT LOCATE THE DRIVER?

      Don’t worry, you will always be given a 24/7 emergency number of the traffic manager however, the BeniConnect representative will be on duty at the desk on level -2 at Alicante airport and the likelihood of the driver not being there is very rare.
    • WHAT HAPPENS IF MY FLIGHT IS DELAYED?

      Firstly, don’t worry, flights are monitored closely for delays, drivers, traffic manager and airport staff are in constant contact and you will never be left stranded due to a flight delay.
    • MY FLIGHT HAS CHANGED, CAN I RESCHEDULE MY TRANSFER?

      In most cases within 48 hours it will be possible for us to reorganise your transfer arrangements however, please advise as soon as possible.
    • I AM NOT STAYING IN AN OFFICIALLY REGISTERED TOURIST HOTEL OR APARTMENT, WHERE WILL I BE DROPPED OFF?

      For shuttle transfers if you are in a resident or private accommodation, you choose a hotel or apartment close to there for your drop off and pick up point. For all private vehicle services this is door to door (access permitting).
    • LOST LUGGAGE ON THE VEHICLE, WHAT DO I DO?

      A local phone call to the BeniConnect Transfers office (see contact us) with full description and details of service. Any expenses incurred in recovering lost property is entirely your responsibility, if you have left items behind on your return transfer, please ring or e mail us ( see contacts ) with as much information as possible ( reference number, date, description etc )

      BeniConnect cannot be held responsible for items which cannot be found.

    • CAN I TAKE MY PET WITH ME ON THE TRANSFER?

      We can only accept small dogs or cats on certain services in a correct carrying bag/box which will be stored and travel in the boot of the vehicle at owners own risk. For further questions please write us an email to reservas@beniconnect.com

    • WHATS THE ADVANTAGE OF BOOKING A SHUTTLE TRANSFER?

      Because it is an excellent value for money service, a “meet & greet” service provided at the airport on arrival from the friendly staff, the maximum time you may have to wait between shuttles is aprox. 60 minutes taking you to your accommodation.

      You can book it directly on line yourself, you will receive full advice and instructions by e mail with all our English speaking contacts number here in Spain.

      We are based here, this means it is us here in resort organising your transfers for you therefore who knows better than us how well things work, we do because we are here with you once you arrive!

    • WHEN WOULD IT BE AN ADVANTAGE TO BOOK A PRIVATE TRANSFER?

      If there is a group of you, maybe friends or family then this is a brilliant way to travel with a vehicle reserved just for you at the best possible rates available considering the service you receive.

      Once through the arrivals hall, out to the vehicle and away, no valuable holiday time wasted, your departure times etc will be confirmed to you in writing on your arrival therefore no need to even think about having to check any arrangements during your stay.

    • PRICE REDUCTIONS

      There will always be someone offering these services cheaper, bogus brokers who may not deliver the service you booked and paid for, some without an official registered company sub contracting vehicles which may not comply to local health and safety regulations holding a full license and insurance, do not take the risk, you are worth more than that!
